The Covid-19 Pandemic has taken its toll on real estate new launch volume as well as resale volume. In May 2020, new launches registered a total volume of 474 condo transactions as compared to 823 condo units in the same month in 2019, a drop of about 50%. As for resale condo units, May 2020 registered a total of 124 resale units as compared to 753 units during the same period last year. That is a whopping drop of about 80%!
